2010 “sleepless in lake placid” student film – “escape,” by ithaca college

This buoyant romp from Ithaca College – their answer to the question, “Can you make a short film in 24 hours?” – could be a Showtime or HBO series, it’s so well-crafted and engaging.  Lead Actor Sunny Rozakis nabbed the jury-awarded Best Actress prize at the 2010 Lake Placid Film Forum.  Also starring Yury Tsykun (Burn After Reading) and Arthur Vomrich.
